Traditional Schedule with Visual-EVM

This case study deals with the integration of a multi-story building's construction process, featuring a rooftop pool, with the traditional scheduling method for single activities. Project progress is monitored using Visual Earned Value Management (V-EVM), tracking progress against BIM elements. The analysis incorporates a single baseline and multiple control points to effectively correlate EVM indices with the project's visual progress.
